IST Model: These reclaimer models are particularly suitable for small and medium companies, having a limited solvent consumption. The working cycle is driven by a timer. The solvent to be recovered is poured into the stainless steel tank, and brought to a boil. The vapours separate from the polluting substances, such as ink, paint, grease, pigments, resin, etc, then they pass through the air cooled condenser and finally flow down into the collecting tank. The residuals remaining inside the tank can be removed by the pivoting system or by using either special distillation bags, which enable an easier tank cleaning and a higher concentration of residual.
